You are solely responsible for any content generated using our services. Logivion does not guarantee legal, factual, or ethical accuracy.

4. Account Usage

• Only one account per user is allowed.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• Free credits are for testing purposes only and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. AI Output

All AI-generated content is created by Logivion 3 and Logivion 4 models. While we aim for accuracy, outputs may occasionally be incorrect or inappropriate.

6. Service Availability

We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. We are not responsible for outages or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights over your own input. We do not claim ownership. Logivion retains rights to the platform code, design, and branding.

8. Termination

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or removed without notice.

9. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please email us at support@logivion.com. We will process your request as soon as possible.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Legal disputes will be resolved under Catalonian or Spanish jurisdiction.
